Drawing as a way of making visible architectures, territories, and the narratives that give them meaning.
The repair manual for
masonry Mahoran houses
Illustrations of 57 axonometric drawings and layout design. A4. 33 pages. CAUE de Mayotte. 2026.
This manual offers practical solutions for repairing and improving homes damaged by Cyclone Chido (2024). It addresses two main questions:
How can you protect your home from water infiltration ? How can cracks in columns, beams, and masonry be repaired ?
Intended for homeowners and construction professionals, this manual helps identify the causes of building defects and damage. The various conditions are classified according to their level of complexity, cost, and degree of urgency. The illustrations and technical diagrams are rendered exclusively in axonometric projection, providing a clear and consistent visual representation of the repair methods.
A Perspective of Ittoqqortoormiit: Mapping Experiences of the Territory
Mapping, illustrations et layoutdesign. A0. 2024. CEARC-UVSQ, Université Paris-Saclay.
Collaboration with Tanguy Sandré for his PhD : Living in a “Melting World”: Recentering Lived Experiences Amid Slow Upheavals in Ittoqqortoormiit (Kalaallit Nunaat)
This critical map of Ittoqqortoormiit explores key issues related to hunting, education, tourism, and healthcare. Oriented towards the south, it presents three levels of representation.:

Mapping and ilustrations. Digital Format. 2024. CEARC-UVSQ, Université Paris-Saclay.
This map adopts an Arctic-centred orientation while subverting conventional colour schemes: not only the Arctic, but all the regions of the world where we work are represented in white, allowing white to extend beyond the rigid boundaries of the Arctic Circle. In place of this fixed Arctic boundary, we propose a shifting boundary: that of the boundary between the tundra (white line), and the taiga (blue zone).
The boreal forest (taiga) is gradually shifting northward in response to climate change. If all evidence suggests that the Arctic can no longer be understood as an isolated region, our research from France (orange dot) and across five continents also shows that the different regions in which we are engaged (blue dots) generate cross-fertilization (blue arrows).
